1. Website use
This website is operated by SEO Casino Agency Ltd, Malta. Content is provided for information about our services. It is not gambling content and does not offer, promote or facilitate gambling to consumers. Case study figures are real but anonymised; results vary by client.
2. Services
Services are provided under a separate written agreement (proposal, statement of work or master services agreement) which prevails over these terms. Unless agreed otherwise:
- Deliverables, timelines and fees are set out in the proposal.
- We work only with operators, suppliers and affiliates holding the licences required for the markets they target, and we may decline or terminate work that would breach applicable law or platform policies.
- Rankings, traffic and revenue outcomes are forecasts, not guarantees.
- Clients are responsible for the legality and compliance of their products, offers and content in each market; we provide compliance review as an advisory service, not legal advice.
3. Intellectual property
Content and code we produce for a client become the client's property upon full payment, except for our pre-existing tools, methods and templates, which remain ours and are licensed for the client's use. Website content on this site is © SEO Casino Agency Ltd.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties keep confidential information confidential. We sign NDAs on request before any client data is shared.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability under any agreement is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim in the preceding twelve months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of revenue arising from search engine, ad platform or regulatory actions.
6. Governing law
These terms and any service agreement are governed by the laws of Malta, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Maltese courts, unless the service agreement states otherwise.
